Motorola announces the rugged Defy Mini

Motorola has announced a new compact version of the Motorola Defy called the Defy Mini and features a 3.2-inch HVGA (320x480) display with a dust-proof, water-resistant and scratch resistant Corning Gorilla Glass display.

The Motorola Defy Mini also comes with a 600 MHz processor, Android 2.3 Gingerbread OS, 512MB of RAM, Wi-Fi b/g/n, Bluetooth 2.1, GPS, a 3.5mm audio jack, 1,650 mAh battery, VGA front-facing and 3 megapixel main camera with LED flash.

Motorola Defy Mini is expected to be available in China under the name Motorola XT320 and in select countries in Europe and Latin America starting in February.
