Sony Xperia Sola, coming in mid-May for Php16,990

Sony Mobile Philippines just announced on their Facebook page that the Xperia Sola, the first smartphone to come with Sony's unique "floating touch" navigation will be available here in the Philippines in mid-May for just Php16,990.
