Canadian singer-songwriter Carly Rae Jepsen's "Call Me Maybe" music video is now becoming one of the most-viewed music videos of all time. According to YouTube Trends, the video is currently the #1 music video on YouTube's music chart topping 120 million views, since it was released last March. The video also becomes one of YouTube's top rising searches of 2012. More details after the jump.

The Carly Rae Jepsen's song "Call Me Maybe" has attained commercial success worldwide and is already one of the biggest hits of 2012, reaching number one in Australia, Finland, Ireland, New Zealand, and the United Kingdom, while peaking inside the top ten in Belgium, Norway, and The Netherlands. The track also reached number 2 on the Billboard Hot 100 and number 7 on the Pop Songs chart.
