Pay your bill on time! Be one of 30 lucky Tattoo@Home and Globe Landline subscribers to own this sleek must-have tablet, the Samsung Galaxy Tab! Just pay your outstanding balance in full on or before your payment due date and you’re automatically qualified to join the raffle. Raffle promo is open to all Tattoo@Home (WiMAX, DSL, Torque) and Globe Landline subscribers who settle their full bill on or before the monthly due date from August 1, 2012 to October 31, 2012. PAY ON TIME RAFFLE PROMO MECHANICS:

1. Existing subscribers of Tattoo@Home (WiMAX, DSL, Torque) and Globe Landlines are automatically qualified to join the promo.
2. To join, subscribers must pay their outstanding balance in full on or before the due date specified in their bill.
3. Covered billing period is from August 1, 2012 to October 31, 2012.
4. Every qualified transaction entitles the customer to one (1) system-generated raffle number that will be raffled off electronically during the draw. The raffle number will be based on the account numbers of the qualified subscribers.
5. A participating subscriber can win only once. Prizes are not transferable and not convertible to cash.
6. There will be a total of thirty (30) winners, with ten (10) winners for each draw date.
7. Prize will be one Samsung Galaxy Tab per winner.

8. Deadlines of entries for each draw date are as follows:

August 1-31, 2012 billing period – September 21, 2012, 11:59 PM
September 1-30, 2012 billing period – October 21, 2012, 11:59 PM
October 1-31, 2012 billing period – November 21, 2012, 11:59 PM

9. There will be three (3) draw dates for this promotion, scheduled as follows:

Raffle Day 1 (August 1-31, 2012 billing period) – October 1, 2012
Raffle Day 2 (September 1-30, 2012 billing period) – November 5, 2012
Raffle Day 3 (October 1-31, 2012 billing period) – December 3, 2012

10. Draw will be witnessed by a DTI representative.
11. Winners will be notified via registered mail after each draw has been conducted. Results of the draws will be posted in all Globe stores as well as on Globe and Tattoo websites.
12. Winners must claim their prizes within sixty (60) days from receipt of the registered mail. Prizes that remain unclaimed after this period will be forfeited in favor of Globe with prior DTI approval.
