ZTE Mobile Philippines recently announced a new promo called "BUY Kis V788 FREE S516," where you can buy a ZTE Kis V788, the company's most affordable elegantly designed smartphone for an SRP of just Php5,990 and get a ZTE S516, a basic feature handset that promises an ultra-long standby time for FREE!
