Iloilo City 75th Charter Day job fair for all Ilonggos!

The Public Employment Service Office (PESO) celebrates this city’s 75th Charter Day by opening job opportunities locally and abroad for all Ilonggos August 25. Mayor Jed Patrick E. Mabilog said the job fair aims to help jobseekers get on the employed statistic and lessen the unemployment rate in the metropolis.

PESO Iloilo City manager Ma. Elena Antenor-Cruz Benitez said there will be 50 local agencies and 15 overseas ones that will offer various jobs for applicants.

She urged all aspiring and qualified unemployed Ilonggos to come to Gaisano City Capital in La Paz district from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. with their resume and proper documents like birth certificate, diploma, and others.

This year’s endeavor, with the theme Job Expansion for Development, is made possible by the help and participation by the different employment agencies.
