Smart provides Libreng Tawag Stations in Metro Manila and Nearby Areas
Smart continues to provide Libreng Tawag services in H. Bautista Elementary School for Barangay Tumana and the Malanday Barangay Hall for Malanday in Marikina, in coordination with employee volunteers and the barangay council. By 2pm today, Smart Libreng Tawag services will also be available in the Sta. Ana covered court in San Mateo, Rizal. Arrangements are being made for more Libreng Tawag centers in severely affected areas in Bacoor in Cavite, Caloocan, Malabon, Navotas and Valenzuela. Smart Relief Operations also commenced in Valenzuela yesterday.

- Sto. Domingo Church, Quezon City
- Tunasan Covered Court, Muntinlupa
- Cavite Coliseum
Arrangements are currently being made for more Libreng Tawag centers in severely affected areas in Caloocan, Malabon, Navotas and Valenzuela.
The Smart mobile network is functioning normally. Voice and text service remain operational due to preparations undertaken including the deployment of standby generators. Smart continues to maintain direct communications with DOST and PAGASA for weather updates
PLDT landline services on the other hand are unhampered except for areas severely affected by floods. Disruptions have been reduced by raising the elevation of telecommunications equipment like street side cabinets learning from the Ondoy experience. Reports of minor outages in some of the flooded areas are due to lack of commercial power. Power was turned off as a precautionary measure against the rising water in CAMANAVA
