BitTorrent launches uTorrent app for Android: Now available for FREE download!

µTorrent releases most lightweight version of the popular software client yet, a new beta client built for Android, as parent company BitTorrent Inc. approaches 4m mobile users

BitTorrent just launched the official beta version of µTorrent for Android phones and tablets, the latest addition to a mobile product arsenal that is already reaching 3.8m mobile users. µTorrent Android is expected to be a top performer in BitTorrent's already impressive suite of mobile products, which include BitTorrent Android, and BitTorrent and µTorrent Remote; apps which enable users to manage torrents directly from Android or iOS devices.
