MyPhone A878 Duo vs. MyPhone A858 Duo: Specs Fight!
The MyPhone A858 Duo, the company's first dual-SIM android smartphone to feature a 1GHz processor, while the MyPhone A878 Duo which will be officially unveiled at MyPhone's "Fans Day Madness" event on September 28, is now one of the most talked smartphone online because of its specs (Its MyPhone's most powerful Android smartphone to date) and its missing 3G capability. With that a lot of people are asking which is better between the two? So, Aside from their looks, can you really tell the difference between the two? If you can see the MyPhone A878 Duo easily beats the MyPhone A858 Duo because of its dual-core 1GHz processor, 4.3-inch WVGA IPS display (giving it a wide viewing angle, fast response speed and a simple pixel structured), 4GB of internal storage (compared to the A828's 128MB of internal storage), 5MP camera, battery capacity (1,800mAh) and OS version (ICS vs Gingerbread). While the MyPhone A858 Duo only edge the A878 Duo with its price (The A858 Duo is Php2,000 cheaper than the A878 Duo!), but according to AnTuTu Benchmark Results, the MediaTek MT6575 processor can reach a CPU frequency of 1998.84MHz or 2GHz. That's 2x faster than the 1GHz frequency stated in the specs of the phone. Now, which phone wins the fight?

- Both MyPhone A878 Duo and the MyPhone A858 Duo doesn't support 3G connectivity.
- MyPhone A878 Duo will retail for only Php5,388 during MyPhone's "Fans Day Madness!” event on September 28, 2012 at Metrowalk, Ortigas Center and Pasig City.

ReplyDeleteso mali sir yung nakasulat na mt6515 which in reality it is mt6577... nakakalito tlaga processor ng china, but looks promising, waiting sa christmas holiday =)
