That's the same price range of that of the Samsung Galaxy Y Duos and with that price a lot of people are asking which is better between the two? If you can see the MyPhone A878 Duo with its dual-core 1GHz processor, PowerVR SGX531 GPU, 4.3-inch WVGA IPS display (giving it a wide viewing angle, fast response speed and a simple pixel structured), 512MB of RAM, 4GB of internal storage, 5MP camera, battery capacity (1,800mAh) and OS version (ICS vs Gingerbread) easily beats the entry-level Samsung Galaxy Y Duos in all areas except for the Galaxy Y's price (It's Php209 cheaper than the A878 Duo) and most importantly, support for 3G/ HSDPA connectivity!
