PLDT Telerewards subscribers can now earn SM Advantage points just by signing up, making calls and paying PLDT bills!

PLDT cares for its legion of customers that is why the company is inviting all PLDT subscribers to register to its Telerewards program and enjoy various benefits and exciting opportunities to make their dreams a reality. Customers have until the end of September to register. With the holiday season around the corner, who wouldn’t want to have a shopping spree in an SM Supermarket to get your favourite items and goodies to prepare for the merry month? Well, this is one of the main and truly exciting benefits when PLDT subscribers become a registered member of Telerewards.

The telecommunications giant partnered with SM Supermalls to spice up the PLDT Telerewards program, which rewards PLDT subscribers with points on their SM Advantage, BDO Rewards, or Prestige Cards when they pay their PLDT bills.

And here’s the fun part of being a Teleawards program member – get a chance of a lifetime for a 2-minute shopping spree at an SM Supermarket and fill in your cart with grocery items of their choice – free of charge.

Among the registered Teleawards members, 10 fortunate winners will be drawn using an electronic raffle on October 5.

“We want to show our loyal and trusted subscribers how much we value them,” said Paolo Lopez, PLDT head for retention and loyalty. “We don’t only address our subscribers’ communications needs; as a Telerewards member, they stand to earn 75 SM Advantage points, and get the opportunity to shop and fill their carts with items they don’t usually buy during regular visit to supermarkets – a very attractive offer and an early Holiday present,” added Paolo Lopez.

To qualify for the promo, PLDT subscribers must register their SM advantage card or their BDO rewards card, and their PLDT account number in any PLDT Business Office.

They can also call PLDT customer hotline 171 if they don’t have any time to personally register their cards or account.

“This is something that we at PLDT feel is both fun and rewarding for our customers. Not everyone gets a chance to load up and fill their shopping carts to their hearts content,” said Paolo Lopez, head for retention and loyalty. “And PLDT is like the gift that keeps on giving. Through the Telerewards program, one can earn points every time they promptly pay their bills, and points are also awarded every time they celebrate their birthday, use PLDT’s NDD/IDD service, and on PLDT’s anniversary” added Paolo Lopez.
