Sun Broadband extends Plan 350 Lite offering!

In response to the continuous demand from the public, Sun Broadband is extending the promotional period of its Plan 350 Lite offering which comes with a free modem and 60 hours of internet for as low as P350 per month. More details after the jump.

“As we move towards providing a wider and more enhanced 3G network nationwide, we are happy to offer back this well-loved Sun Broadband Plan. Now, more and more people could experience the best of our broadband connectivity, even without spending much,” says Ricky Peña, Sun Cellular’s Senior Vice President for Broadband, Postpaid, New Business and Marketing Services.

Offered until October 31, 2012, this broadband plan assures fast, consistent and reliable internet connection and is offered under a holding period of 12 months.

Neph Denosta, Assistant Vice President for Sun Broadband Marketing says, the Plan 350 Lite offering is perfect for light users. “This is the best value lite plan that we have for this particular market segment. Of course we want our subscription packages to cater to the different needs of the subscribers, and by continuously doing that, our packages have always been regarded as the good choice,” Denosta shared.

As the 3G network brand of Sun Cellular, Sun Broadband is set to receive a substantial bulk of Sun’s large-scale network efforts for 2012. Peña shared that Sun has always been keen on the continuous enhancement of its 3G-support facilities, especially as it gears up to cater to more and more users of data and 3G services nationwide.

Sun Broadband earlier reported a huge increase of 46% in revenues and 54% growth in subscribers for the first half of this year versus the same period last year. Pena says these figures cement Sun Broadband’s claim as the fastest growing broadband service in the country today.
