Play Smart’s "Pop the Dots" online game and win P1,000 in Sodexo GCs or a new ZIP F100 phone!

Subscribers of wireless services leader Smart Communications, Inc. (Smart) can win gift vouchers or a mobile phone simply by playing an educational online game about the telco’s “self-care” customer service channels. Over a hundred lucky Smart and Talk ‘N Text subscribers will win P1,000 in Sodexo gift certificates or a new ZIP F100 phone in Smart’s Pop the Dots raffle promo. To play the trivia game online, subscribers must go to http://apps.smart.com.ph/popthedots and click on the moving dots that will appear on the screen to reveal questions about Smart’s self-care channels.

Participants must answer five questions correctly and complete the registration and survey forms to earn a raffle entry. Subscribers have until November 18 to join.

“We came up with this interactive game because we recognize the potential of e-learning as a tool for customer education. We want subscribers to learn about Smart’s self-care channels in a fun, creative, and rewarding way. We’re glad to report that so far, the game has been well-received by Smart subscribers,” said Smart Customer Care Head Joy Sanchez.

Smart’s self-care channels include the free text inquiry service “Sagot Agad,” customer service menus on subscribers’ mobile phones, the online portal my.Smart (http://smart.com.ph/account), and cash handling machines found in Smart Stores.

“Our self-care solutions enable our customers to manage their Smart subscriptions conveniently and in the least amount of time. We have a variety of time- and location-agnostic service channels that allow customers to fulfill their needs anytime, anywhere,” Sanchez said.

“Smart’s expanded and efficient customer service capabilities, coupled with the superiority of our voice, text, and data services, are the reasons why our subscribers stay with Smart, and why our subscriber base has grown to more than 50 million,” she added.

Smart introduced the Pop the Dots trivia game to its employees early this year. The effort earned a Finalist citation in the 11th Philippine Quill Awards, organized by the International Association of Business Communicators Philippines.
