Cherry Mobile Flame vs. Cherry Mobile Flare: Specs Fight!
Cherry Mobile has finally launched its newest Android Phone with a 4.5-inch qHD IPS display called Cherry Mobile Flame, while the Cherry Mobile Flare also known as the "Dual Core ng Bayan," is the first ever dual-core Android ICS smartphone in the market with an unbelievably low price of Php3,999 only. The CM Flare was launched during Cherry Mobile's Flare Up event at One Esplanade last month. With that a lot of people are asking which is better between the two? So, aside from their looks, can you really tell the difference between the two? If not, let’s look at their specs side-by-side after the jump.

If you can see both the Cherry Mobile Flame and the Cherry Mobile Flare have the same processor, RAM, internal storage and GPU that can play Angry Birds, Bad Piggies, Temple Run and is compatible with Adobe Flash, but the Cherry Mobile Flame edges the Cherry Mobile Flare with its qHD (960 x 540 pixels) display and its 1,800mAh battery, while the Cherry Mobile Flare only edges the Cherry Mobile Flame with its unbelievably low price of just Php3,999 only!

Update: According to AnTuTu Benchmark v3.0.3, the processor of the Cherry Mobile Flame is a Qualcomm MSM8625 Snapdragon S4 and not MSM8225. The phone also comes with VGA front camera according to specs found at the back of the retail box.

Sa performance po same lng po cla. mas lamang lng yung flame sa display at battery capacity. Meron na po screen protector for CM Flame

Hehehe! parang give away n nga yan s price nya ha! uu s umpisa medyo marami issues regarding s mga updates such as FM, Txt msg rotations, at Gravity sensor... pero after ng pag update at calibrate ko nito okay n tlga lahat! i couldn't ask for more only the Battery life lng nga tlga! hehehe :) Try nyu guys ang galing nito! cheapest android phone na talo pa ang galaxy S II

ReplyDeleteI really love my myPhone a818! even if it was used by my brother and have just to give it to me because he has a Blackberry now. My brother also plans to buy this Gadget (CM FLARE) because of the quality and specs!
ReplyDeleteAlthough he finds it slow (the myphone a818 not a848i) and has no 3g function only 2g, he was thankful that he had that such wonderful phone like that and recommends it for me as a starters phone for android users. :D
I'm using Karbonn A21. medyo mahal pero sulit. Halos parehong pareho sila ng Flame. Ang defference: Mas malinawa ang camera images ng karbonn at mas malinaw ang screen. I made sure na same ang settings before i compare. Sometimes it pays more to get the real value. Sa bibili ng Flare...mag Flame na lang kayo. TY
