Sony Mobile just announced in Japan the Sony Xperia Tablet Z, the world's thinnest (6.9mm-thick) and lightest (weighs only 495g) 10-inch tablet! The Xperia Tablet Z boasts a 1.5GHz quad-core Qualcomm APQ8064 processor, 2GB RAM, 32GB of internal storage with microSD expansion, a 10.1-inch WUXGA (1,920x1,200) display with Mobile Bravia Engine 2, an 8.1MP Exmor R camera, NFC, LTE and 6,000mAh battery.
