Catch the Honda CR-Z MUGEN Concept as it goes around town this May!

Honda Cars Philippines, Inc. (HCPI) recently announced that the All New CR-Z, a sport hybrid coupé is now available for retail. Starting today, Apri 26, Honda dealerships nationwide are accepting reservations and a “first come, first serve” delivery scheme will be in effect. Customers who will reserve their All New CR-Z by the 1st week of May will get their much awaited All New CR-Z by August.

CR-Z stands for “Compact Renaissance Zero”, which was developed to fuse two ideas: Sport and Ecology, is the first hybrid vehicle HCPI will be offering in its two decades of operation. To give customers a rather concrete feel of the All-New CR-Z, HCPI will be displaying the CR-Z MUGEN concept at its dealers.

The Honda CR-Z MUGEN Concept, first displayed during the Philippine International Motor Show (PIMS) in World Trade Center Metro Manila last year, will now be available for viewing initially at select Honda dealerships in the Metro for the month of May.

The All New CR-Z uses a 1.5-liter i-VTEC engine as the main source of power with an electric motor, Honda's Integrated Motor Assist (IMA). The efficient combination of these two enables drivers to have a responsive and exciting driving experience; thus achieving excellent fun-to-drive performance and exceptional fuel efficiency.

The All New CR-Z will come in Manual transmission and Continuously Variable transmission (CVT with paddle shifters) options and will be available in 3 variants. Aside from the standard model, HCPI will also offer the All New CR-Z Modulo1 variant (with Modulo aero kit) and the CR-Z MUGEN2 variant which will be equipped not only with aero kits but also with exhaust system and alloy wheels. The customers can choose from six exhilarating colors: White Pearl, Crystal Black, Polished Metal, Milano Red, and exclusive colors for the CR-Z the Turquoise Blue and Cosmo Flash Violet.
