Cherry Mobile Cosmos X2: Preview, Specs, AnTuTu Score and Price in the Philippines
Finally! Cherry Mobile just announced on their Facebook page that the #CosmosX2 is now available in select Cherry Mobile concept stores and kiosks, while the remaining Cosmos series will roll-out nationwide this August. If you are wondering about the price and specs of the quad-core Cosmos X2! Well, don't worry, it can be viewed after the jump.
The Cherry Mobile Cosmos X2 (also known as Konka V981) touts a 4.8-inch HD (1280x720) Super AMOLED HD display that is protected by a layer of Corning Gorilla Glass 2 panel. Powered by a 1.2GHz quad-core MediaTek MT6589 processor, the dual-SIM Cosmos X fluidly runs on Android 4.2.1 (Jelly Bean) OS. It also has a 1GB RAM plus 16GB of internal storage with microSD support up to 32GB, 18-megapixel BSI main camera coupled with an 5-megapixel BSI shooter in front and a 2,200mAh battery.
The Cherry Mobile Cosmos X2 also has unique features similar to Samsung’s Smart Stay. It also has other neat features like Smart Call, which is something similar to Lumia’s Smart Cam that allows you to erase unwanted subjects on a photo you just took. It also holds the distinction of being the only smartphone in the Cosmos line-up with a curve back (most hand-friendly).

ReplyDeleteHere is my review of this phone: http://tetams1.blogspot.com/2013/08/cherry-mobile-hands-on-review-specs-and.html?m=1
ReplyDeleteIt seems pataas na ng pataas ang price ng mga local brands. Which is a bad idea. Nice strategy but pag tumaas pa ng tumaas ang price nila, I'll recommend international branded phones which is only a bit more expensive than high priced local brands. Still that would depend on the consumer. But money wise, I'll go for the international branded ones which has better software support and has a future proof and better quality. :) If I were CM/MP/SM/Torque, they should focus on a more budget phone at a range of 9kphp and below.
ReplyDeleteok lang for me nasa boundery pa naman sila ng half the price of the branded phones pero kapag umabot na sila sa 3/4 of the price then i think people would definitely prefer the branded.
ReplyDeleteTomorrow, sure buyer na ako nito....hehe 13810 antutu score, The best......
ReplyDeleteBetter pa ito kaysa sa Cosmos z
ReplyDeleteHow is the camera?

i agree with bluerain. my choice would be xperia if 10k up. that is if i have the budget. hehehehe hope they don't have any factory defect like the rest of there previews units. just saying. and change the design to a more elegant look or lets say not so plastic look. a matte finish would be nice. :D
ReplyDeletei cannot use the internal storage of X2 it says space running out pero
ReplyDeletemay 12gb space pa. Cant download apps anymore is this normal? 1st use to have an android phone
Kaya space running out po ung notification.
ReplyDeletewhich is better X2 or S?
ReplyDeletemay tv out ba to
ReplyDeletetama!!
ReplyDeletemicroUSB v2.0 (no USB-OTG support) ?????
