HP Philippines has finally launched in an event held at the Fairmont Hotel in Makati City the HP Slate 7, an affordable Android Jelly Bean consumer tablet and the first tablet to offer embedded Beats Audio for only Php7,990 (SRP). More about the HP Slate 7 after the jump.
First announced way back in February, the HP Slate 7 is fully powered by the Android 4.1 operating system that ensures speedy performance, fluidity in application use and direct access to Google Play for rich multi-media capabilities, latest apps, music, games and the latest security measures.
Powered by the ARM A9 Dual Core 1.6GHz, a low-energy, high-performance processor, with a 1GB RAM and an 8GB eMMC memory with a Micro SD port for expansion up to 32GB, HP Slate 7 rear camera, with a 3MP sensor, as well as front-facing shooter VGA video webcam are more than adequate for any user’s imaging and daily photography needs.
The 7-inch, 370-gram device also offers the sharpest audio on a tablet, equipped with the Beats by Dr. Dre audio technology so users can listen to music the way the artist intended and watch movies with high performance audio experience.
