LG introduces the newest and biggest load capacity washing machine lineup in the Philippines

LG Electronics recently introduced its newest front and top load washing machine models which have the biggest load capacity in their lineup today. The WD-1252RD7 front-load model has a 13-kg washer and 7-kg dryer capacity which spins at 1,200 revolutions per minute. More details after the jump.

It also features LG’s core Inverter Direct Drive technology and other Smart technology features such as 6 Motion Direct Drive system, Smart Diagnosis, Smart Clean, Warm Wash, and Auto Lint Cleaner. Other key features of the model are tilted drum and extra large door opening for easier handling and auto wash load detection.

The Inverter Direct Drive technology increases motor efficiency thus making it less prone to breakdowns. It has a simplified mechanism—no belt and pulley unlike in traditional motors—which reduces noise levels and boosts energy- and cost-efficiency.

The 6 Motion Direct Drive system allows the drum to move in more ways than just the usual tumbling motion. LG’s new line of front- and top-load washing machines feature motions such as stepping, filtration, rolling, scrubbing and swing to ensure optimum washing performance that is as complete and as efficient as hand washing.

Smart Diagnosis is a simple and quick service solution that enables the washing machine to directly connect to an LG service center when any one of 78 common technical problems occurs. Warm Wash is a heating system that increases water temperature to 60 degrees Celsius to help eliminate bacteria especially when washing baby clothing.

Auto Lint Cleaner is a built-in filter which floats on the water’s surface and automatically drains during the finish course cycle. Smart Rinse reduces water usage by not filling the tub and Smart Lid helps prevent users from slamming the lid on their fingers when closing the tub.
