LINE, the most downloaded global messaging app in over 40 countries and with 200 million users recently announced a promotional event to invite new Filipino users to experience LINE. Anyone can enter this event by simply downloading the application from July 31 to August 19, 2013. More details after the jump.

A quick and easy registration will give the participants a chance to win the grand prize of a 2013 Mini Cooper as well as Samsung Galaxy S4 smartphones, adorable LINE dolls and many more. The lucky winners will be announced on September 2, 2013.

The giveaway event is the extension of LINE’s efforts to be closer to Filipinos. LINE has been striving to offer locally tailored services for Filipino users. This is illustrated by the first localized TV commercial, which stars young celebrities Jessy Mendiola and Matteo Guidicelli who sing a catchy LINE theme song that has quickly become familiar to many Filipino fans.
