Gionee Pioneer P2: Specs, Price and Availability in the Philippines
Gionee Smartphones, a new player in the ever-growing mobile phone industry here in the Philippines recently launched its newest dual core HSPA+ smartphone, the Gionee Pioneer P2. For only Php4,499 (SRP), the phone is powered by the latest Android (4.2) Jelly Bean OS and uses a low-power dual-core SOC for entry-level smartphones called MediaTek MT6572 which integrates 3G/HSPA+, WiFi, Bluetooth, FM Radio and GPS. According to the specs posted by Gionee Philippines on their Facebook page, the Gionee Pioneer P2 also boasts a dual SIM, dual standby capability, 4-inch WVGA (800x480) display with 233ppi, 4GB of internal storage expandable up to 32GB, 512MB of RAM, 5MP fixed-focus main camera, VGA front camera and 1,700mAh removable battery.
