O+ 8.9 Android and O+8.15 Android now FREE under Smart All-In Plan 800 and Unli Surf Plan 999

Widening the range of devices under its postpaid plans, wireless leader Smart Communications (Smart) has added the feature-packed O+ 8.9 Android and O+ 8.15  Android in its line-up of impressive handsets that come free under the affordable Smart All-in Plan 800 and Unli Surf plan 999, respectively.

“These O+ devices are a welcome addition to Smart’s portfolio of available devices under the Smart All-In  & Unli Surf postpaid plans,” said Smart Postpaid Marketing Head Kathy Carag.

The Smart All-In Plan offers fully-consumable plans that may be used to register for Flexibundles, which gives subscribers the freedom to choose from over 20 services that offer different allocations for text messaging, voice calls and mobile surfing to suit their lifestyle. On the other hand, Smart’s Unli Surf Plan 999 offers unlimited surfing for the whole month plus 9 minutes of All Net calls and 99 All Net SMS.

A US-based phone manufacturer, O+ offers affordable handsets with its signature Air Shuffle feature, which uses a proximity sensor that allows users to view their photos, check out videos and browse through files without touching the screen.

Launched in the Philippines early this year, the O+ 8.9 Android handset sports a 5-inch IPS capacitive screen with an 800 x 400 screen resolution, as well as a 5-megapixel camera housed in a rounded sleek body. Running on Android 4.1 Jelly Bean, the device is powered by a 1 Ghz dual core processor, enough to run android apps and games without fuss. It also has 512 MB RAM and a 2GB hard drive, which is expandable up to 32GB micro SD.

O+ 8.9 Android users may maximize their consumable All-In Plan 800 by subscribing to Flexibundles such as the All Net Text Upgrade 350 (for 3,500 texts to Smart, Sun and Globe for 30 days) and Always On 299 (for 300 MB worth of mobile browsing for 30 days), leaving them with a consumable credit worth P151.

On the other hand, the O+ 8.15 Android, which was launched in the country in May, boasts of a powerful 1.2 Ghz quad core processor and an 8-megapixel autofocus backlit camera, all packed in a slim 8-mm body. The device also features a 5-inch screen with 720 x 1280 screen resolution and is equipped with 1 GB RAM and a 5 GB hard drive, which is expandable up to 32 GB micro SD.
