Note: If you already own one of this tablet, please share some of your experiences and opinions about this tablet, so that others may be aware of it. Thanks!
I bought 3 units of this excellent tablet AOC Breeze MW0731+ for my kids (aged 6, 9 & 12). I even bought it brand new (with 1 year warranty at a bargain price of P 3,400.00 at Easy PC (www.easypc.com.ph/) in Pasig. Sadly, they said those were just few last items on stock. I ran antutu benchmark & got varying result: 14,000 ++ to 15,000++ surpassing the Cherry Mobile Fusion Bolt (comparing it with the information from others on the Internet). I already gave the tablets to my kids but will get a screenshot or picture of the benchmark when I get the chance to backup my claim.
ReplyDeletePros:
- Runs smoothly, no lag/s at all - thanks to the 1.4GHz ARM Cortex A9 Dual-Core Processor, Quad core Mali 400 GPU & 1GB DDR3 RAM (not to forget the Android Jelly Bean OS)
* Installed Real Racing 3, Fast & Furious 6, NBA 2k14, Dead Trigger 2, Pacific Rim, Prince of Persia, Temple Run 2, Plants vs. Zombies 2, etc. (We might install Need for speed later on as my eldest son requested)
* My eldest son even downloaded the PSP emulator (it hasn't been perfected yet & known to only run certain PSP games), games such as Patapon works fine but others either won't run or slow/very slow/has latency issues.
- Even at 1024x600 resolution, graphic is good
* Ran Despicable Me 2 in 720p HD & the result is excellent - picture is nice & there's no lag/s whatsoever
- Sound volume is good
* Volume is usually on 75% & it's loud enough
- Construction is solid, sturdy, excellent looking
* It doesn't have the look & feel of a cheapo tablet
Other things to consider but not a big deal for us:
- Only 0.3 megapixel front Camera
* We have no need for the camera because we have other gadgets/computers to use for video calls (i.e. Skype, YM, Viber), etc.
- Battery is 3,100mAh - My kids have been playing with the tablet almost non-stop on a weekend for more than 6 hours without charging (it was fully charged when they started using it)
* This is more than enough time to nicely entertain a kid before charging is required
- 8GB Internal storage - less than 6GB is available for use.
* This is more than enough since a lot of apps can be moved to the MicroSD Card
- TFT screen - would have been better if IPS but we are not complaining. =)
* This is good enough since my kids don't share the tablet, viewing angle is not a concern because only one person at a time is using it
My kids are very happy & completely satisfied. They can install & run any Android game. I am more than happy for them, we got the best bang for the buck!!!
Thanks to AOC!
