Starmobile Engage 7TV+: Specs, Price and Availability

Alongside the Engage 7 Lite, Starmobile also announced another 7-inch tablet offering, the Engage 7TV+. For only Php4,299 (SRP), the device succeeds the original 7TV which was launched last year.

Like its predecessor, a proprietary Starmobile feature first seen on the Engage 7TV, ALL TV allows users to watch television programs from three sources: Analog, Streaming via WiFi and Digital ISDB-T (470-807MHz) digital TV standard. This feature will become useful once the digital switchover (transition from analog TV to digital TV) rolls out in 2015.

The Engage 7TV+ runs on the Allwinner A20 dual core processor, clocked at 1.2GHz and has a WSVGA (1024x600) resolution display with 8GB of internal storage, 1GB of RAM and is expandable up to 32GB. It also comes with a 2MP rear camera with VGA front, 3,000mAh for longer usage times, USB OTG compatibility (connects flash drives and USB dongles) and runs on Android Jelly Bean OS.
