Starmobile has just announced a new tablet in its Engage lineup that features an 7.85-inch IPS display and powered by a quad-core RockChip RK3188 processor, the Starmobile Engage 8 Quad+. For Php6,990 (SRP), the Engage 8 Quad+ is basically an upgraded Engage 8 Quad that was released last year, with a bigger 4000mAh battery and an improved quad-core SoC,. More details after the jump.
