Samsung Mobile Philippines recently announced on their Facebook page that the Samsung Galaxy Core LTE is now available in the Philippines for Php14,490 (SRP) and is bundled with the Samsung E1272 clamshell mobile phone.
Announced last February, the Samsung Galaxy Core LTE is the successor to last year’s midrange Core smartphone. It features a 1.2GHz dual-core processor, 4.5-inch PLS touchscreen with 540 x 960 resolution, 1GB RAM, 8GB internal storage (expandable up to 64GB via microSD slot), 2100mAh lithium-ion battery, 5-megapixel main autofocus camera with LED flash and a VGA front-facing camera.
On the connectivity front, the Galaxy Core LTE is a single-SIM smartphone equipped with LTE Category 4, Bluetooth 4.0, NFC and Wi-Fi with DLNA, Wi-Fi Direct, and Wi-Fi hotspot being supported.
