Cherry Mobile Flare S2 and Emerald Android 4.4 KitKat software update now available!

Good news to all lucky owners of Flare S2 and Emerald, Cherry Mobile recently announced the availability of the much awaited Android 4.4 KitKat Over-the-Air (OTA) upgrade on the said devices. The update is available to download from their website and includes a full instruction on how to install it. To get the update, simply follow the steps on the photo after the jump.

Important Note: Backup all data, and do a restore factory settings after updating. This will make sure that the messaging app is updated to the stock KitKat messaging app.
