Honda Cars Global City launches its Night Service Program
Honda Cars Global City (HCGC), situated along 28th Street corner 9th Avenue, City Center, Bonifacio Global City, launches its Night Service Program beginning this month of November; extending its service operations to a total of 19 hours.
According to Mr. Mark Tejada, Branch Manager of HCGC, their night service will commence from 7:00 PM until 4:00 AM of the following day. “We would like to extend our services to customers within Bonifacio Global City and nearby areas who are busy during the day or are on night shift. We hope that this program will allow them to avail our preventive maintenance and detailing services at their most convenient time”, Tejada said. Express Check-in Service will also be available should customers bring their vehicles to the dealership between 4:00 AM to 7:00 AM, however the vehicle will be attended at 7:00 am onwards.
HCGC’s service department will be on full house during its regular hours from 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM (Monday to Sunday) while a service advisor and two technicians will be on night service shift (Monday to Friday). Customers are advised to call for appointment and clarifications at 777-8104 to 05 to facilitate smoother transactions should they wish to avail the Night Service Program.
“This program will be offered until January 31, 2015 for now, and can be availed only at Honda Cars Global City. But we are open to the possibilities of extending this service for a longer period and even to other Ayala-owned Honda dealerships nationwide”, Tejada said.
