Samsung Mobile Philippines launched the new Samsung Galaxy Grand Prime for only Php9,990 (SRP). This affordable smartphone from Samsung, comes with a 5-inch qHD display with a resolution of 960 x 540 pixels. The handset will be powered by a 1.2GHz quad-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 410 processor along with 1GB of RAM and expandable 8GB internal storage.
On the camera front, there is a 8 megapixel rear camera with LED flash and 5MP front-facing camera. The dual-SIM Galaxy Grand Prime measures 144.8 x 72.1 x 8.6mm, runs on Android 4.4.2 KitKat out of the box and the juice for the smartphone is provided by a 2,600mAh battery. Connectivity options includes Wi-Fi 802.11 a/b/g/n, Bluetooth 4.0, A-GPS and 3G/HSPA+ support.
