Enliven your hangout sessions with the Lenovo Yoga Tablet 2
Lenovo demonstrates a better way for Filipino Millennials to spend quality time with each other through its Hangout campaign, which puts the Lenovo Yoga Tablet 2 in the spotlight. Leading the campaign are Lenovo’s new hangout ambassadors, dancing beauty queen MJ Lastimosa and singer, actor and model Markki Stroem, both of whom will be making appearances in promotional events, roadshows, and fan meet-ups.
“Lenovo continues to swim against the current by delivering a new way for consumers to enjoy their digital content. In a market defined by similar designs, Lenovo’s Yoga Tablet 2 stands out by standing up, tilting, and hanging, to keep hang out sessions fun, fresh, and exciting. With the Hangout campaign launch, we hope to highlight Lenovo Tablet 2’s multi-mode functionality, through our brand ambassadors Markki Stroem and MJ Lastimosa, two dynamic and outstanding Millennials who exemplify the hangout spirit,” said Michael Ngan, Country General Manager, Lenovo Philippines.
Lenovo Yoga Tablet 2: Different modes for different hangout moods
The Lenovo Yoga Tablet 2 is equipped with up to 18 hours of battery life, an ergonomic handle, a new and improved kickstand, and four incredibly intuitive modes – Hold, Stand, Tilt and Hang – to add a dose of spontaneity when hanging out with friends and family.
Users can definitely experience a world of possibilities when they make the Yoga Tablet 2 their hang out buddy. The Yoga Tablet 2’s Hold mode allows users to hold the tablet with a firm grip when showing photos and videos to friends. Users can also enjoy movie marathons in Stand mode with the Yoga Tablet 2’s improved kickstand and Dolby front speakers that provide an immersive sound experience. They can also hang the Yoga Tablet 2 to record and make videos they can share in social media.
In addition, the Intel-powered Lenovo Yoga Tablet 2 also has a high-definition 8MP rear camera with f2.2 wide-aperture lens, advanced glare-reducing glass, and a BSI 2 sensor, so users can instantly capture quality selfies during their hang out sessions. The Lenovo Yoga Tablet 2 also sports dual band Wi-Fi and a micro USB port with OTG connection that allows users to charge their phones with a separate cable to stay connected, whenever, wherever. And Android 4.4 enhances the touchscreen experience, allowing them to listen to music while browsing the web, without a hitch.
“The Yoga Tablet 2’s Tilt mode is perfect for playing with apps. I thrive on social media and I enjoy keeping everyone posted about my life, so the Yoga Tablet 2’s mobility and portability features are perfect for me,” said Markki Stroem.
“I love taking selfies and group photos when eating out with friends or hanging out with kids, so the Yoga Tablet 2’s front and back cameras are great features. My friends and I cook sometimes, so I can make use of the Hang mode to view recipes when we have our cookout sessions,” said MJ Lastimosa.
Upcoming Marketing Activities
As part of the Hangout campaign, Markki and MJ will be visiting select upcountry and Metro Manila-based Lenovo Exclusive Stores. Lenovo will also be holding promotional contest, whereby consumers get the chance to go on an Ilocos Heritage Tour with the brand ambassadors. The Hangout campaign will also be driven by social media, and Filipino Millenials can look forward to viral Facebook activities.
