IPC Announces Training Partnership with Salesforce University
Leading Philippines cloud services provider IPC (IP Converge Data Services, Inc.) has announced a new training partnership with Salesforce University, Salesforce’s training and certification organization.
As an Authorized Training Delivery Partner for Salesforce University, IPC is accredited to conduct Salesforce training courses designed by Salesforce University.
IPC Vice President for Business Solutions Group Edgar Gutierrez explained, “Deployment and customization of some cloud-based systems require a special skill set, and we are proud to say that this is one of IPC’s strengths. Not only are we adding employment opportunities locally, we are also providing talent for projects outside the Philippines. Even now, we are already sending consultants to the United States, Germany, Australia, and other countries.”
With this formalized training relationship in place, IPC can now go beyond client servicing and deliver training courses geared for administrators, developers, solution designers, technical architects and end users, with modules customized according to what the client needs.
“We believe that this new accreditation, together with IPC’s existing status as a Salesforce partner for the Philippines, is a strong testament of our cloud leadership in the country,” IPC President Rene Huergas said.
IPC trainers will be certified by Salesforce University to deliver the training and will undergo the same process undertaken by all authorized instructors. This is on top of them already holding official certifications as Salesforce Certified Administrators, Developers, Sales Cloud Consultants and Service Cloud Consultants.
“Trainees are assured that the courses are programmed to fit their timeline, complete with hands-on exercises. The coverage is also up-to-date, based on latest version releases,” Gutierrez explained.
“With enterprises moving their businesses to the cloud, they need people to help run and maximize it for their businesses. Salesforce University training will open up new opportunities for its attendees. Whether they are already a part of or just about to join the workforce, they are already equipped with the latest knowledge, giving them the upper hand in landing that job. This is the driving force of our wanting to become an Authorized Training Delivery Partner,” Huergas concluded.
