Honda Philippines launches 2nd Generation TMX Supremo
Honda Philippines Inc. ( HPI ) launched a much improved and upgraded 2nd Generation TMX Supremo! The latest premium tricycle model of Honda that is dubbed as “TODA sa LAKAS, SWABE sa kalsada".
According to Mr.Daiki Mihara, President of Honda Philippines, Inc., the TMX or Tricycle Model X-treme has been a valued motorcycle trademark in the Philippines. It has become the standard for tricycle models in the Philippines because it is known for its power, durability, and reliability performance. These key attributes were still incorporated in the 1st Generation TMX Supremo launched in 2012. The TMX Supremo has a modern engine design and style that is appropriate for the new generation of tricycle drivers.
This 2015, according to Mr. Elie Salamangkit Jr, Product Planning & Accessory Development Manager, the 2nd Generation TMX Supremo has a modern design and style. From the 1st generation, the following has been modified and upgraded. Newly designed yet appealing fuel tank complemented by an elegant sticker and new Dual Flat seat. The side cover has been improved and made more durable with the application of Polypropylene plastic (PP) material with security lock. In addition, it is now equipped with durable easy-to-install 3-point factory installed side-car attachment.
The 150cc engine of the TMX Supremo is a powerful yet fuel-efficient which is also being used by Honda globally. It has a class-leading 5-speed Transmission for better balance of power and speed that delivers “TODA sa LAKAS, SWABE sa kalsada" driving experience.
The TMX Supremo is considered as the Premium Tricycle Model because of its top of the line and exclusive features. Equipped with electric starter and easy to operate choke control located on the handle bar makes it easier for engine starting. It also has Illuminated Meter Panel that includes Gear and RPM Indicator that serves as your guide in efficient gear shifting.
