ADATA Showcases Future Evolution at CES 2016
Highlights include XPG Dazzle LED DDR4 modules, ultra-fast PCIe Gen3x4 SSD with 3D NAND, stylish Apple Series accessories, and diverse USB Type-C storage and memory devices |
ADATA Technology, a leading manufacturer of high performance DRAM modules and NAND Flash products, will bring a broad range of innovative technology products to the Consumer Electronics Show 2016, taking place January 6-9 in Las Vegas, Nevada.
ADATA will reveal high performance and eye-catching XPG Dazzle LED DDR4 modules alongside extra-speedy SO-DIMM DDR4 for notebooks rated at 2800MHz. Visitors will be able to experience ADATA PCIe Gen3x4 (32Gb/s) SSD featuring 3D NAND Flash, stylish Apple Series accessories, and USB Type-C offerings that include SSDs, USB Flash drives, power banks, and cables. ADATA cordially invites CES 2016 attendees to witness the multiple ways it will shape the evolution of technology towards a more enjoyable, productive, and perfect future for people worldwide.
Extreme performance XPG Dazzle LED DDR4
ADATA will debut a new line of XPG DDR4 memory, dubbed Dazzle due to the inclusion of proprietary LED lighting inspired by high performance automotive headlights. The first Dazzle offerings are 4GB modules clocked up to 3866MHz. They cater to devoted gamers, overclockers, and case modders that seek a combination of top-tier performance and unique gaming-themed styling. The XPG Dazzle range implements LED lighting into heatsinks, literally illuminating desktop gaming PCs. Likewise, ADATA will launch its first XPG memory specifically designed for gaming notebooks in the form of XPG S1 2800MHz DDR4 SO-DIMM with support for XMP 2.0. These new modules feature a range of creative heatsink designs customers can choose from.
Ultra-fast PCIe Gen3x4 SSD and 3D NAND
Higher data speed forms a foundation of technological evolution and delivers immediate benefits to users. ADATA will officially launch its PCIe Gen3x4 SSD, powered by a Marvell and SMI solution with 3D NAND Flash, representing a new milestone in non-volatile storage evolution. The technology makes production of 2TB and larger SSDs easier, and allows read/write performance up to 2900MB/s and 1300MB/s, more than triple the throughput of standard SATA SSD. It supports non-volatile memory express (NVMe) and low density parity check (LDPC) technologies to greatly extend SSD lifespan and reliability while delivering superior performance. ADATA will also showcase a full line of industrial SSD solutions in M.2, mSATA, CFast, CF, uSSD, SATA DOM, eUSB, and USB DOM form factors. ADATA supports the transition from mechanical storage to solid state and is hard at work developing solutions that make the move to all-Flash topologies viable to enterprises and individual users.
Stylish Apple Series, USB Type-C accessories, and storage for Xbox gamers
ADATA is always working on new and innovative products that enhance user experiences. ADATA will showcase the world’s first MFi-certified Lightning card reader with bi-directional data access, which means it can read/write to and from iOS devices for twice the usability. Also at the show, the i-Memory UE710 Flash drive helps users save more of their cherished memories with easy capacity expansion on iOS devices. For MacBook Air 13”, ADATA has developed an ideal solution in the form of the i-Memory Storage Expansion Card, which delivers ultra-fast read/write performance for efficient data transfer, similar to an SSD. In addition to Apple series products, USB Type-C offerings will be an ADATA centerpiece at CES 2016, with SSDs, power banks, USB Flash drives, and data cables sporting the interface. Accommodating the needs of passionate Xbox users, ADATA will reveal a durable external hard drive crafted for console storage expansion. It features military-grade shock proofing and an Xbox-themed color scheme.
