Unwavering dedication to excellent customer service

Brother Philippines held a grand opening event to unveil its newly relocated Davao office on October 8, 2024. The celebration brought together representatives from authorized dealers, service centers, key stakeholders, and loyal customers in celebrating the milestone. It began with a blessing of the new space, followed by an official ribbon-cutting ceremony presided over by Mr. Glenn Hocson, Brother Philippines’ President, and Mr. Joel Demanarig, Brother Philippines' Senior Manager for Customer Service.

“This new office represents our ongoing commitment to enhancing the customer experience here in Davao,” said Hocson. “By expanding our office space and providing improved access to our products and services, we’re ensuring that our customers can enjoy faster, more efficient services. This reflects our philosophy of always putting the customer first, no matter where they are.”

The opening of the revamped Davao office follows Brother Philippines’ opening of its improved office in Angeles, Pampanga, in May 2024. These recent expansions underline the company’s promise of continuously enhancing its customer service and accessibility across key regions in the Philippines.

“We are grateful for the support of everyone involved in making this milestone possible,” added Hocson. “We look forward to continuing to serve the community here in Davao with the same dedication to innovation and customer care that has always been at the core of our business.”

Brother Philippines also continues to uphold its commitment to sustainability by promoting recycling habits among its customers. The Davao Extension Office, along with the Brother Concept Store in Gaisano Mall - Davao, have a Green Project Box where customers can dispose of their empty Brother ink tank bottles.

These boxes are part of the company’s Green Project Program which aims to reduce the demand for new production and minimize environmental impact. The campaign also supports the United Nation’s Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), specifically Goal 12 (Responsible Consumption and Production) and Goal 13 (Climate Action), solidifying Brother’s commitment to creating a more sustainable future for the planet and its people.
